Refunds
Our refund policy lasts 30 days. If 30 days have passed since your purchase, unfortunately a full refund is not possible.
To be eligible for a refund, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it.
Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.
There are certain situations where only partial refunds are granted:
- Any item not in its original condition, is damaged or missing parts for reasons not due to our error.
If approved, your refund will be processed and a credit will automatically be applied to original method of payment, within a certain amount of days.
Late or missing refunds
If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again.
Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.
Next contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted.
If you’ve done all of this and you still have not received your refund yet, please contact us at {email address}.
Sale items
Only regular priced items may be refunded. Sale items cannot be refunded!
Shipping
Processing Time: Please allow up to 5 business days for physical merch to be packaged shipped.
Lost/Stolen Packages: We are NOT responsible for lost or stolen packages! Once orders are shipped and marked as “Delivered”, USPS is responsible for your package. Please contact your local postal office regarding any delivery issues.
Wrong Address: Orders failed to deliver due to customer error from submitting wrong address information will be re-shipped at customer’s expense. We will reach out to you regarding shipping arrangements.
Damaged orders: If you receive a damaged item, please contact us within 4 weeks upon delivery. Provide your order number, description, and photo of damaged item to be eligible for a replacement item. Note if the same problem persists on future orders, we will not deliver further orders until a more secure address is submitted.
International Shipping
International orders may take anywhere between 3-6 weeks to be delivered!
